Day and Time:
1. Bootcamp sessions occur twice a week according to the regular schedule.
Exceptions:
1. Bootcamps are suspended during Christmas, Easter, Bank Holidays. Advance notice
of cancellations will be provided.
2. Supreme Fitness LTD. reserves the right to cancel sessions due to extreme weather
conditions or track availability.
Health and Fitness Level:
- Participants must inform the instructor of any injuries or health issues.
- Supreme Fitness LTD. is not liable for injuries resulting from pre-existing conditions.
- Instructors demonstrate exercises; Supreme Fitness is not responsible for injuries
from failure to follow instructions.
Booking:
1. Participants must book each session in advance via www.thesupremefitness.com.
Extras:
1. Personal Training (PT) and Games are not included in the membership price.**Payment:**
1. Membership is priced at £97 per month, collected automatically.
Cancellation:
1. Customers must provide minimum of 30 days notice to cancel their membership.
Refunds:
1. Refunds are available if the subscription was not cancelled on time by Supreme
Fitness CIC.
2. Refunds may be considered if a member is sick or injured for over four weeks,
preventing attendance with proper notification to Supreme Fitness CIC.
3. Attendance does not affect payment, as the fee is fixed regardless of session
attendance.
Security:

customer data. Payments are securely handled by the STRIPE payment system.
